Hiring Alert: Assistant Manager, Digital Sales

Location: Karachi Head Office

About the RoleWe are hiring an Assistant Manager, Digital Sales to lead and grow our presence across leading e-commerce and digital retail platforms. The role involves managing end-to-end digital channels, coordinating trade marketing, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and increased visibility.

Responsibilities

· Manage onboarding, pricing, listing, and catalog updates across digital retail platforms.

· Monitor daily sales, platform health metrics, customer reviews, and campaign performance.

· Coordinate digital campaigns, analyze outcomes, and suggest actionable improvements.

· Resolve operational, listing, or technical issues in collaboration with platform teams.

· Support planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives for online and offline alignment.

· Ensure brand-consistent content for digital placements and product visibility.

· Liaise with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability.

· Coordinate with finance for invoice tracking, payment processing, and budget management.

· Work with IT teams to fix listing errors, system integration, and data sync issues.

· Prepare performance reports and insights using Excel and analytics tools.

· Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of digital sales strategies.

· Track ROI of trade and digital campaigns, and recommend optimizations.

· Ensure timely stock forecasting, competitor monitoring, and performance benchmarking.

Requirements

· Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce management, or trade marketing.

· Skills: MS Office (Excel), with strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills, and a data-driven mindset.
