Job Description:
Job Duties & responsibilities:
· Ensure 100% achievement of site safety leading and lagging indicators targets shared by customer.
· Perform risk assessment of their sites as per the defined procedure.
· Prepare a monthly site safety performance reports.
· Assist DC Manager in conducting internal safety audits and assist site in addressing the gaps as identified in warehouse safety audits.
· Ensure updated Emergency Response Team (ERT) with display at site.
· Keep strong tracking of CAPA (Actions) arriving from various input sources in portal and ensure actions closures as per the set timelines.
· Ensure 100% vehicle inspection of reporting vehicles and conduct weekly recon audit to verify compliance fulfilment.
· Ensure to conduct monthly inspection of fire equipment and electrical installations and maintain records.
Qualification: Bachelors or IOS/Nebosh/HEC certifications.
Experience: Fresh to 1 Year.
