Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Faisalabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, training sales staff, managing customer service issues, and tracking sales performance. The aim is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and developing sales teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the home improvement or related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
