We are looking for a committed and experienced Educational Counselor & Language Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, as well as delivering high-quality English language and IELTS preparation courses. This role requires a strong understanding of student needs, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on academic programs, study abroad opportunities, and career planning.
  • Assist with university and college application processes, including guidance on documentation and admissions procedures.
  • Prepare students for the IELTS exam, focusing on all four key skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to varying student levels.
  • Offer personalized feedback and strategies to improve student performance and confidence.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods and counseling strategies as needed.
  • Support students in setting achievable academic and career objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Educational Counselor and/or English Language Instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Educational background in English, Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
