Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-senior level Business Analyst to operate in a hybrid capacity across client – facing and internal teams. This role is responsible for independently driving discovery, translating business problems into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting delivery across multiple domains and geographies.

The Business Analyst will work closely with clients, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role plays a key part in reducing delivery risk, improving client alignment, and accelerating time to execution, particularly in regulated and high – complexity environments.

This is an on – site role supporting global clients, including work within the KSA regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Problem Framing

· Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, constraints, and success metrics

· Decompose ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined requirements and solution options

· Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early and communicate them clearly

Requirements & Documentation

· Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of:

o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

o Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

o User stories with clear acceptance criteria

· Translate business needs into structured, testable requirements for engineering teams

· Maintain traceability between business goals, requirements, and delivered outcomes

Process & Solution Design

· Document end - to - end business and system process flows

· Create low - fidelity wireframes to support requirement clarity and stakeholder alignment

· Produce data models, logic flows, and supporting documentation as required

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

· Act as a bridge between clients, product managers, designers, and engineering teams

· Support prioritization and scope discussions by articulating trade - offs and impact

· Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and requirement clarifications as needed

Regulatory & Domain Awareness

· Apply awareness of KSA regulatory and compliance considerations during discovery and solution definition

· Ensure regulatory, data, and compliance constraints are reflected in requirements where applicable

Required Skills & Experience

· 5 – 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a product, services, or hybrid environment

· Demonstrated ability to independently drive discovery and engage senior stakeholders

· Strong experience producing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and process documentation

· Ability to work across multiple domains and adapt quickly to new problem spaces

· Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineering teams (APIs, data flows, system interactions)

· Experience working in or exposure to regulated environments, preferably within KSA or similar markets

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Style & Expectations

· Pragmatic, outcome - oriented, and comfortable working in structured but evolving environments

· Able to balance client expectations with delivery realities

· Confident operating with minimal supervision and clear ownership

· On - site presence required to support close collaboration with teams and stakeholders

What This Role Is Not

· Not a purely documentation or note - taking role

· Not dependent on constant direction from product or engineering leads

· Not limited to a single domain or narrowly defined problem space

This role is expected to own clarity, structure, and translation end - to - end, enabling teams to execute effectively and clients to move forward with confidence.
