Branch Manager

Preference will be given to those candidates have Minimum 01-Year relevant Experience.

• Staff management: Hire, train, coach, and motivate branch personnel to improve performance and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Operational oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including administration, sales, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and peak performance.
• Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, set financial objectives, and monitor sales and profitability to achieve business goals.
• Customer and community relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address their needs, and improve the branch's reputation and presence in the community.
• Strategic planning: Identify sales opportunities, analyze market conditions, and develop strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies
