Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting client outreach, providing excellent customer service, delivering product training when required, and ensuring effective communication between the company and its clients. The Sales Specialist will contribute to expanding BTC's market footprint globally.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Sales expertise, including proficiency in managing the sales process and meeting targets
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide clients and oversee sales operations
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in international or chemical trading is a plus
