SolutionsLoft is looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).

This role blends hands-on development (70%) with technical leadership (30%), including architecture planning, code reviews, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-ready microservices and enterprise applications.
  • Actively contribute to frontend development using React or Angular to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guide team members in improving code quality and design skills.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Partner with DevOps, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth end-to-end development and deployment.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to management.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in or Angular (v10+).
  • Expertise in API design, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Solid understanding of clean architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis, Memcached).
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred) and containerized environments.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
