Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Onsite - Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Django, FastAPI, and Flask, along with expertise in designing RESTful APIs and working with AI-based data processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Django, FastAPI, and Flask

ii. Design, build, and integrate REST APIs with frontend and third-party services

iii. Implement and optimize AI/ML data processing pipelines

iv. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions

v. Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best coding practices

vi. Debug and resolve performance issues or system integration problems

vii. Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented across systems

viii. Participate in code reviews and technical knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

i. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

ii. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development

iii. Strong proficiency in Django, FastAPI, and Flask

iv. Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs

v. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and data processing workflows

vi. Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.) databases

vii. Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Agile development practices

viii. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
