Supply Chain Manager
to lead and optimize our supply chain functions at our
Rawalpindi office
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    supply chain strategies
    to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
  • Oversee
    procurement, import documentation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
    operations.
  • Coordinate with QA, regulatory, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply flow.
  • Monitor
    demand planning, forecasting, and material requirement planning (MRP)
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    DRAP
    and other regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    8–10 years of relevant experience
    , including at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    within the
    pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    import/export regulations, inventory control, and supplier management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ERP systems (preferably SAP)
    and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
