Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR & Admin

Job Purpose

Support the HR department in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions, with the objective of developing skills and knowledge for future HR leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance documentation, and audits.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Learn and contribute to various HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Experience: Internship or academic projects in HR will be an advantage.

Career Path

Successful trainees may be promoted to HR Officer / HR Executive roles after the training period, based on performance.
