Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive strategic revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of sales principles, exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to delivering superior client experiences. Prior exposure to the Marbles and Tiles industry will be regarded as a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential business leads to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of the Marbles and Tiles sector to effectively position products and differentiate offerings in a competitive marketplace.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and secure agreements that align with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted, data-driven campaigns aimed at lead generation and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Executive or similar business development role, with a consistent record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Strong self-motivation and a performance-driven mindset, with the ability to operate independently while supporting collective team goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
