About the Role:

Descon Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. This role plays a critical part in managing all aspects of BOQ/BOM from initial estimates to final figures, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization across mechanical and civil works. If you're passionate about precision, cost control, and contributing to high-impact industrial projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage BOQs for mechanical (static) equipment, piping, civil structures/foundations, and PEB Structures.

Conduct on-site measurements and valuations.

Ensure cost control and contract compliance.

Review subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.

Qualifications

DAE (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical)

5–7 years of experience in oil & gas or projects and turnarounds, covering both mechanical and civil works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory.
