We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process, helping to build a healthy sales pipeline for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential customers through online research, social media, and industry tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). - Outbound Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to engage with prospects and set qualified meetings. - Inbound Lead Qualification:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on established criteria. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Pipeline Development:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and manage a strong sales pipeline. - Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, emails, meetings set, and opportunities created. - Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback and insights from prospects to help refine messaging, improve targeting, and inform go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (SaaS or B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience using sales enablement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or Gong.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software or target markets.
