Position Overview:

IMSI Technologies is seeking a versatile Marketing Graphics & Campaign Specialist to lead visual design, digital marketing campaigns, and brand messaging across platforms. This role blends creative execution with strategic marketing—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, content, and performance.

You'll be responsible for producing compelling visuals, managing email and content campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. If you know how to make graphics pop, emails convert, and social media resonate—this is your opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual & Campaign Execution

· Design and produce marketing collateral: web visuals, product icons, campaign assets

· Create product graphics and promotional materials for launches and seasonal campaigns

· Guide technical publications on visual presentation and branding

· Establish and maintain visual brand standards across all channels

Email & Content Marketing

· Manage and execute email campaigns (Brevo or similar platforms)

· Write and optimize content for email, social media, and web

· Plan and execute SEO/SEM, database, and display advertising campaigns

· Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies

Digital Strategy & Analytics

· Measure and report performance of digital campaigns (ROI, KPIs)

· Suggest and implement tools for analytics, channel management, and lead generation

· Monitor brand mentions and respond appropriately across social platforms

· Analyze customer journeys across channels and optimize accordingly

· Stay current with trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in marketing design and digital campaign management

· Strong visual design and branding skills

· Demonstrable experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo preferred)

· Solid understanding of content writing, copywriting, and social media promotion

· Working knowledge of ad serving tools and marketing analytics

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

· Portfolio showcasing marketing collateral and campaign work

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in software or technology marketing

· Familiarity with CAD or Home Design software industry

· Video editing and motion graphics capabilities

· BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field with strong technical acumen

· Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking and cross-team coordination
