As we continue to expand our footprint and impact in securing critical infrastructure, we are looking for a high-performing professional to join our growing Infrastructure Projects Team and contribute to our mission.

Key Requirements:

  • DAE in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal cutting & bending , DB and telecom Ccabinets manufacturing project execution, with at least 3 years in a supervisor role.
  • Implementing weekly, monthly and quarterly production plans and schedules based on customer demands, production capacity, and resource availability.
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders on the production plans, Inspections, Delivery and Quality control.
  • Quality Assurance of the manufacturing process and product.
  • Perform/collaborate on the product related issues during deployment and O&M/warranty period.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management.
  • Working closely with design and quality teams to ensure product readiness as per approved design and standards.
  • Managing and supervising production teams, including production leads and technicians.
  • Monitoring the production process, ensuring quality standard, and safety guidelines.
  • Resolving day to day production related issues that may arise.
  • Optimize the use of available resources for better efficiency.
  • Maintaining the quality control procedure to ensure that product meet the customer expectations.
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all production personnel and production facility.

Skills:

  • Strong production management and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and telecom cabinets requirements .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in telecom battery and rectifier cabinet manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with telecom site cabinet needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of basic power equipment's like breakers, SPD, fuses, thermostats etc.
  • Understanding of production dynamics of sheet metal and procedures.
