You will work closely with a Registered Migration Agent to ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date, and ethical migration advice and support.

AA: Education Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy and guidance to students on study options in Australia.
• Assist clients with course selection, admissions, and enrolment procedures
• Prepare and lodge student visa applications and other related visa subclasses (e.g., Graduate, GSM and Partner visa etc.) under the supervision of the Registered Migration Agent
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation throughout the application process
• Liaise with education providers, government departments, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely follow-ups
• Stay updated with changes in Australian migration and education policies
• Support the Migration Agent in case management and administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

• A graduate degree (any discipline) is required
• Previous experience of two year or more in the education consultancy industry is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Digital literacy with knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
