This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an IELTS/PTE Trainer. The IELTS/PTE Trainer will be responsible for teaching and preparing students for the International Language Testing System (IELTS) and Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams. The IELTS/PTE trainer will be expected to conduct diagnostic assessments of students to identify strengths, weaknesses, and learning objectives; design and deliver customized training programs to students; provide regular progress reports and feedback to students; and support students throughout the application and testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive course structures for IELTS and PTE training.
  • Ensure students consistently achieve targeted scores, aiming for 7+ bands in IELTS and PTE.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials focusing on the four core skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
  • Teach both Academic and General Training modules for IELTS & PTE.
  • Conduct, evaluate, and grade IELTS & PTE practice tests.
  • Mark and monitor student work across various formats and platforms.
  • Assist with placement tests to determine suitable class levels for students.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide personalized feedback to support student improvement.
  • Create customized training plans based on individual student needs and performance metrics.
  • Support students throughout their application, preparation, and exam processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the IELTS/PTE testing format, assessment criteria, and techniques to attain desirable scores.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Experience in designing and delivering customized training programs to meet individual student needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, commit to professional development, and contribute to curriculum development.
