About Us:

We are a growing company in the EV services sector, and we're looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer to join our team. The role requires someone with strong design skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging, click-worthy thumbnails.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's tone and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the content and video editing teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Continuously optimize thumbnail designs based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in thumbnail design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-performing thumbnails.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Understanding of YouTube and social media trends for thumbnails.
  • Ability to work during specified hours and meet tight deadlines.
