Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a prepared script.
- Introduce company services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM updates and call tracking.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
