We are looking for an Associate Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Associate Backend Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and developing web applications, and implementing new features. You will write clean, efficient code while following best practices, conduct unit tests, and participate in code reviews. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop web applications using programming languages such as Elixir, Python, and PHP.
  • Implement new features and functionalities according to project specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Elixir, Python, or PHP.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus.
