At Insha Digital, we believe in creativity with purpose, and we're looking for someone who can bring our visual storytelling to life through video.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Video Editor at Insha Digital, you will:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content (ads, social media reels, brand stories, corporate videos, explainers, etc.).

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to ensure videos align with brand voice and campaign goals.

Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, color correction, and audio mixing to enhance final output.

Optimize video formats and versions for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Maintain a library/asset archive, manage versioning, and deliver final files in required specs.

Suggest creative edits or improvements (cutting, pacing, sequencing) to elevate storytelling.

Ensure delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Stay updated on video trends, styles, tools, and techniques in the industry.

Requirements:
We're looking for someone who:

Has prior experience (2+ years preferred) as a video editor in agencies, content studios, or freelance environments.

Is proficient with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g. After Effects).

Understands color grading, sound design, transitions, and compression for web delivery.

Is comfortable working with different video formats, resolutions, framerates, and codecs.

Has a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic flow.

Is organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicates well and can take feedback, iterate, and refine.

Has a portfolio or reel showcasing past video editing & motion work.

Bonus / Nice to Have:
Experience with 2D/3D animation, VFX, or motion graphics.

Knowledge of shooting/editing vertical video formats (Reels / Shorts).

Experience with social media video optimizations.
