Midland College of Health Sciences, Multan, is inviting applications for qualified and experienced faculty members to join our Surgical Technology (Operation Theatre Technology) Department. We aim to prepare skilled professionals dedicated to advancing healthcare through excellence in teaching and practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions.
  • Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Supervise and guide students in operation theatre practices and skills.
  • Mentor students in academic and professional development.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.

Qualifications

  • MPhil in Surgical/Operation Theatre Technology (preferred) OR BS in Surgical/Operation Theatre Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized institution.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
