We're Hiring: Procurement Executive

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–4 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and ensure timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
  • Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
  • Review invoices, contracts, and purchase documents for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of procurement or supply chain experience
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
