Master Supply Co. is a premium menswear brand specializing in high-quality leather jackets, outerwear, and seasonal collections that blend rugged craftsmanship with modern design. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Fashion Designer to join our growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing seasonal menswear and leather collections, including jackets, vests, outerwear, denim, and flannels.
  • Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and mood boards using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Research and select leathers, fabrics, hardware, trims, and design details aligned with Master Supply Co.'s brand DNA.
  • Support in leather and trim sourcing, prepare swatch boards, and maintain supplier communications.
  • Collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure accuracy in construction, fit, and finishing.
  • Prepare and manage tech packs, BOMs, line sheets, and measurement charts for product development and production.
  • Participate in fittings, record feedback, and communicate revisions to the technical and production teams.
  • Contribute to seasonal concepts, mood boards, and presentations for internal and external reviews.
  • Stay updated on global fashion trends in leatherwear, menswear, and material innovation.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant fields of Fashion & Graphic Design.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion design, experience with leather garments is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; familiarity with 3D design software is a plus.
  • Understanding of leather types, tanning processes, finishes, and garment construction.
  • Knowledge of pattern design, grading, and fit adjustments, particularly for leather apparel.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills, leather designs preferred.
