Job Description: Flutter Developer (3+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with more than 3 years of hands-on experience** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter app development, state management (Riverpod & BLoC), and third-party API integrations. Experience in Web3 integration with Flutter is a must.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

* Implement Riverpod and BLoC for scalable and maintainable state management

* Integrate and manage third-party APIs, SDKs, and plugins efficiently

* Work with Web3 technologies to enable blockchain and decentralised application (dApp) integration within Flutter apps

* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and visually appealing interfaces

* Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability

* Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices

* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications as required

* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile and Web3 development

Requirements

* 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience

* Strong understanding of Dart programming language

* Proficiency in Riverpod and BLoC state management

* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party service integration

* Proven track record of working on production-level mobile applications

* Expertise in Web3 integration (wallets, smart contracts, decentralised apps)

* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Firebase, AWS, or other cloud platforms

* Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns

* Familiarity with App Store / Play Store deployment processes
