Senior Business Development Executive
Brandix Soft is a results-driven digital marketing agency offering SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development. We partner with global clients — from startups to enterprise brands — to deliver measurable growth through data-backed strategies.
We are expanding our sales division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in international B2B sales and team leadership.
This is a dual-role opportunity where you will:
Generate revenue by closing high-value digital marketing deals.
Lead and mentor a team of junior sales professionals.
Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, skilled in consultative selling, and experienced in leading high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
Make 60–100+ outbound B2B calls daily to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders) in UK/US markets
Close 5–7+ digital marketing deals per month (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
Create tailored proposals based on client KPIs and objectives
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Sales Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 junior sales reps
Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline checks, and call coaching sessions
Share best practices to improve outbound sales performance
Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed quotas
Market Strategy & CRM Management
Identify new opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
Position Brandix Soft as a go-to partner for enterprise-level solutions
Manage pipeline and performance tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Qualifications (Required)
3+ years international B2B cold calling (UK/US markets preferred)
2+ years sales team leadership in a performance-driven environment
1.5+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (six-figure PKR or higher)
Fluent English (neutral, UK, or US accent preferred)
Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Target-driven with strong leadership and coaching ability

UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
