Gate Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling the movement of vehicles and personnel through the gate.
• Checking and verifying gate passes (IGP, OGP & Returnable etc.) bills of lading, and other shipment-related documents.
• Maintaining accurate records of gate activity, including inbound and outbound shipments, vehicle details, and visitor information.
• Responding to phone calls and emails, maintaining filing systems, restocking supplies, and other general office duties.
• Performing inventory checks, sorting and responding to courier services, and maintaining paper and electronic records of inventory.
• Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant personnel regarding shipment details and any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the facility by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics, warehouse, and production, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeaner while representing the company.

Education: Minimum F.A

Experience: 03 Years
