About the Role

TriVA Global is seeking a
highly skilled and updated SEO Specialist (Advanced Level)
to join our Gojra-based team.

The ideal candidate should have
expert knowledge of modern SEO
, including
AI Optimization (AIO)
,
Google Index Optimization (GIO)
, and
technical ranking parameters
.

You'll play a key role in driving organic growth, enhancing domain authority, and implementing
AI-driven and semantic SEO strategies
aligned with Google's latest algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    comprehensive SEO strategies
    for company and client websites.
  • Implement
    AIO (AI Optimization)
    techniques aligned with Rank Brain, BERT, and MUM algorithms.
  • Manage
    GIO (Google Index Optimization)
    — ensuring all valuable pages are properly indexed and crawled.
  • Conduct
    technical SEO audits
    and fix indexing, canonical, and Core Web Vitals issues.
  • Optimize
    on-page, off-page, and semantic SEO
    to build topical authority and improve SERP rankings.
  • Utilize
    schema markup, structured data, and entity-based optimization
    for rich results.
  • Research and integrate
    semantic keywords
    , topic clusters, and intent-driven content.
  • Monitor and report website performance using
    Google Search Console, GA4
    , and third-party tools.
  • Create
    monthly SEO performance reports
    with insights and action plans.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Strong understanding of
    AI-based SEO algorithms
    (Rank Brain, BERT, MUM).
  • Deep knowledge of
    E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, topical authority
    , and
    semantic SEO
    .
  • Advanced command of:
  • Technical SEO:
    Index management, crawl budget, , sitemap, schema markup.
  • On-Page SEO:
    Meta optimization, internal linking, content structuring, entity linking.
  • Off-Page SEO:
    Link building, digital PR, backlink audits, and authority building.
  • Expertise in SEO tools:
  • Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, Frase, Market Muse, GA4, GSC, Google NLP API
    .
  • Ability to create
    data-driven strategies
    and measure ROI from organic campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of proven SEO experience
    (preferably in digital or e-commerce sectors).
  • Strong portfolio showing measurable growth in organic rankings and traffic.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
