Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investor based in Rawalpindi The Real Estate Investor will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, analyzing financial data, acquiring investment properties, and working closely with other investors. The role involves researching market trends, managing property portfolios, and developing strategies to maximize returns on investments.

Qualifications

  • Investments and Finance skills
  • Knowledge of Investment Properties and Real Estate markets
  • Experience in working with investors
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
