Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist (non Software QA)

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role Summary:

The QA Specialist ensures high-quality customer interactions and operational excellence in the BusRoute contact center. Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating inbound/outbound calls for quality, adherence to scripts, and regulatory compliance; conducting mock calls and delivering hands-on training to new hires; preparing weekly agent schedules and performance reports; identifying individual and team skill gaps; creating targeted coaching plans; and partnering with operations management to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores and overall service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & evaluate inbound/outbound calls for quality and compliance
  • Conduct mock calls and train new hires
  • Prepare weekly schedules & performance reports
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend coaching plans
  • Collaborate with management for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably in web application development.

Skillset Required:

  • Call monitoring & evaluation (using QA tools and scorecards)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for scheduling and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards (especially in transport/customer service)
  • Data analysis & reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent listening and feedback delivery skills (able to give constructive, evidence-based coaching)
  • Coaching & training abilities (patient, clear, and motivating)
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) – must explain gaps and improvements clearly to agents and management
  • Time management & prioritization (handling monitoring, training, reporting, and scheduling)
  • Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management (works closely with team leads and operations managers)

Job Specification:

  • 5–7 years of QA/Trainer experience in a BPO.
  • Strong understanding of call monitoring, communication standards &KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
