We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐈𝐒 to oversee and enhance our Management Information Systems, including the company's internal Web portal. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven analytics, automation, and digital transformation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time Onsite

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Manage and update the company's internal MIS Reports & Web portal.

Design and implement advanced reporting and dashboard systems.

Utilize AI tools and data analytics to generate actionable business insights.

Collaborate with IT and departmental teams to streamline data processes.

Lead automation and digital innovation projects.

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.

Support management with real-time analytical and performance reports.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in MIS or data analytics (pharma/manufacturing sector preferred).

Strong understanding of AI applications, Power BI, ERP systems, SQL, and data management tools.

Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex data systems and drive digital innovation.
