, is seeking a
Manager, Legal Recruiting
to join its dynamic talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment and is passionate about attracting top attorney talent.

In this role, you will manage the full attorney recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding and partner closely with practice group leaders and firm leadership on strategic hiring initiatives. You will also represent the firm externally and help strengthen its reputation within the legal community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, laterals, and associates across multiple offices.
  • Partner with hiring partners, department chairs, and firm leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee sourcing, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
  • Manage onboarding for new attorney hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, candidates, and external recruiting agencies.
  • Utilize ATS platforms such as
    LawCruit
    ,
    Leopard Solutions
    , or
    viRecruit
    to manage data, reporting, and talent pipelines.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of legal recruiting experience
    within a law firm environment.
  • Proficiency in LawCruit, Leopard Solutions, viRecruit, or similar recruiting technologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with occasional travel.
