Eden Cars Group (UK) – Taxi Controller / Operator (CORDIC Experienced)

Location: Lahore Office

Eeden Cars Group is expanding and we are looking for a highly experienced Taxi Controller/Operator to join our operations team in Lahore. Experience with the CORDIC dispatch system is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have hands-on experience using CORDIC. Applicants must also have strong knowledge of UK postcodes, streets, landmarks, stations, and airports, along with a minimum of 3 years of UK taxi control experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and bookings while dispatching drivers promptly.
  • Maintain smooth coordination to ensure top-quality customer service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven experience using the CORDIC dispatch system.
  • Strong telephone communication skills with a clear and confident English accent.
  • Must be flexible with working hours (5–6 days per week).
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day/evening/night as per rota).
  • Availability for occasional overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140, Rs150,000.00 per year
