Role Description

A creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our fashion brand. He will be responsible for managing campaigns, driving promotional activities (including discount codes and offers), optimizing digital performance, and strengthening our brand presence through PR and content initiatives. This is a pure marketing role focused on brand growth, digital visibility, customer engagement, and performance marketing crafted for someone who understands both the creative edge of fashion and the analytical side of marketing.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns related to Retail Shops, Shops Branding & Outdoor advertisement aligned with product launches, collection drops, and fashion retail calendar i.e retail shop marketing activities, shop branding and in store promotions & outdoor media like billboards, transit ads and streamers ads. .
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, digital, content, retail) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels including social media, eCommerce, email, packaging, and PR.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok), website performance (SEO, CRO), and A/B testing to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create and implement promotional strategies, including discount codes, flash sales, and limited-time offers; monitor performance to refine future campaigns.
  • Lead PR and influencer activities, including drafting press releases, building media lists, influencer seeding, and ensuring brand presence in fashion and lifestyle media.
  • Track key marketing KPIs (traffic, ROI, retention, conversion, discount redemption, etc.) and deliver performance reports with actionable insights to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the fashion brand industry.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution with measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms and tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.
  • Experience with promotions and discount management in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of fashion PR, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling.
  • Willing to work on-site
