Quality Control Officer

Conduct regular inspections of received products at packing section according to the drawing file to verify compliance with IWM quality standards.

Monitor packing processes & protocols as per packing drawing/list and to ensure adherence to established procedures and specifications.

Issuance of NCR (Non-Compliance report) against deviations/non-Compliances and ensure closure of NCRs with corrective & preventive actions against root cause.

Work closely with the packing team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Approve finished products by confirming compliances against specifications and reject items or parts having non-conformity or component shortage and send non conformed products for re-work; to get the required quality.

Feedback and preventive action against customer complaints and QA observations to avoid any issue/Complaint again in future.

Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and preventives measures.

Accurately document the results of the inspections and will maintain all controlled\daily document files along with the snaps and inspection records in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
