Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist and ABA therapist at Manzil-e-Adeeb Autism Center, located in Lahore DHA phase 4. The responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments and tests, providing counseling sessions for individuals with psychological issues, and developing tailored therapeutic interventions. The Clinical Psychologist will also engage in clinical supervision, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans, and support the overall mental well-being of clients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology, including knowledge of mental health and counseling psychology
  • Experience in conducting Psychological Testing and assessments
  • Skills in Clinical Supervision and offering professional guidance to team members
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in ABA therapy
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • Relevant licensure and certifications to practice in Pakistan
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
