Major Functions:

• Collect Internet all devices, from customers who have terminated their subscription or canceled services.
• Ensure all recovered devices are in good condition, per company policies.
• Handle the safe equipment transport and ensure it is returned to the company's inventory system.
• Accurately log the serial numbers and details of all collected devices into the CRM Portal to update the status.
• Ensure that the CRM records are current with customer return confirmations, device conditions, and any additional notes (e.g., damaged, or missing items).
• A basic understanding of inventory management or CRM systems is essential.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure timely and efficient collections.
• Provide regular updates on the status of device recovery and handle any outstanding issues with the relevant teams.
• Design and maintain a system for tracking incentives for the recovery team based on performance metrics.
• Prepare regular incentive sheets and reports, ensuring accuracy in the calculation of incentives and bonuses.
• Monitor the performance of recovery agents and ensure that incentive records are up to date and reflect actual performance.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of collected hardware, including serial numbers, device types, customer details, and return status.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of various recovery methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to recovery operation and previous experience in a similar role (preferably in telecom, ISP, or related industries) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of inventory management or CRM systems is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Must have 3 years plus experience in any ISP, Telecom, or similar role.
• FA/DAE (Electrical, Telecom) or above
