Key Responsibilities

As a UBC Champion, you will:

 Conduct 4 to 5 field visits per week to engage junk dealers and aggregators

 Identify and onboard at least 15 identified, 10 active collectors

 Ensure a cumulative collection of 80 tons of UBCs by December 31, 2025

 Monitor material quality and rejection rates, ensuring compliance with project standards

 Collect and input field data daily in the designated sheet

 Coordinate community engagement sessions

 Ensure smooth, timely communication with aggregators and stakeholders

Additional expectations include:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with aggregators, junk dealers and suppliers

  • Survey stakeholders to document pricing trends and material flows with discussion of PM

  • Support smooth material transactions across the collection value chain

  • Update data in real-time and conduct weekly field check-ins with aggregator hubs

  • Share detailed plans for all sessions/activities at the hub with the Project Manager
