About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional content that aligns with our brand standards. You will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality video content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Apply color correction, grading, and other visual enhancements.
  • Ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and overall consistency of video projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver according to timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output.
  • Manage and organize video assets and maintain project file structures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative editing techniques.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week
