Job Description:

El Momento Restaurant is looking for a polite and attentive Order Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will take customer orders accurately, ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in placing their orders.
  • Accurately record food and beverage orders.
  • Communicate orders promptly to kitchen and service staff.
  • Provide menu guidance and recommend specials to customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
  • Handle order-related queries and resolve complaints politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining/service area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverages is a plus.
