Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Admission Counselor to join our team in Lahore. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective students and supporting them throughout the enrollment process. The Admission Counselor will be on-site at our campus in Lahore and perform day-to-day tasks associated with this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales, Education, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Pakistani educational system and admissions processes is a plus
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
