Takmeel Square is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a landmark project in Bahawalpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our building projects, from preparing estimates and budgets to managing contracts and controlling costs. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets and BOQs for building projects.
  • Manage contracts, tenders and procurements.
  • Process progress payments, variations and final accounts.
  • Control material costs and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Monitor projects expenditures vs. budgets.
  • Resolve contractual disputes and claims.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree:
    BSc Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience:
    3-5 years in building construction.
