Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Business Growth Partner with a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and strategic relationship building. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the e-commerce, logistics, and COD environment — and who thrive in performance-driven, independent setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business clients across courier, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Present and promote TradeUnleashed's technology solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Develop market strategies to penetrate new regions and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Achieve and exceed defined business targets through consistent effort and networking.
  • Provide feedback from the market to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, channel partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong network within courier, logistics, COD, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or sales reporting is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and self-motivation.
