Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in developing, and maintaining our platform, while ensuring it continues to scale and perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain backend services using , Typescript, and serverless architectures.


•⁠ ⁠Build and manage GraphQL APIs using AWS AppSync.


•⁠ ⁠Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services.


•⁠ ⁠Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas and queries with Aurora PostgreSQL.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and implement new features.


•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs across the full stack in a timely manner.


•⁠ ⁠Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices.


•⁠ ⁠Continuously improve and enhance the platform to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.


•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Typescript, , and relational databases (e.g., Aurora PostgreSQL).


•⁠ ⁠Expertise in building GraphQL APIs with AWS AppSync.


•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency with version control systems like Git.


•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage, prioritize, and resolve issues in a live production environment.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement features.
