UI/UX Designer – 2+ years experience in software house/IT company

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Create visually stunning, consistent, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• UX Research: Conduct user research through surveys, user interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended and adjust designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
• User Testing: Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Problem Solving: Identify opportunities for improving the user experience and provide innovative design solutions to solve complex user problems.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Experience in designing social media posts is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX projects, including web and mobile applications, and examples of problem-solving and design solutions.
