We're hiring a NetSuite Implementation & Finance Systems Lead to join our Lahore office full-time. As we transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite across our group of four independent companies, we need a skilled professional to lead the implementation, streamline processes, and train our internal team for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end NetSuite implementation across 4 entities (independent but under one umbrella)
  • Manage data migration from QuickBooks and ensure a smooth go-live
  • Implement and customize Financials and CRM modules
  • Set up robust, automated reporting systems for both individual entities and consolidated view
  • Work closely with the finance team to understand workflows and recommend improvements
  • Train and support internal teams to ensure post-implementation adoption and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with management on ongoing system optimization

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience with NetSuite (including full-cycle implementations)
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and financial systems migration
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
  • Hands-on approach to training and working with internal teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Fluent in Urdu and English

Must be based in Lahore or able to commute daily — this is a fully on-site role
