Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at NexAIO's Johar Town office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating great customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and Text Messages, contacting and allocating drivers.

Qualifications

Experience in a BPO or taxi service background

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

Customer Experience skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
