We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with experience of 4 years in the packaging industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing packaging solutions that visually communicate the brand identity, enhance product appeal, and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and visually appealing packaging designs for various products, including labels, boxes, pouches, cartons, and wraps.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Create mockups, illustrations, layouts, and prototypes for packaging concepts.
  • Ensure packaging designs meet printing and manufacturing requirements, color standards, die-lines, and material specifications.
  • Adapt and modify existing designs across different SKU sizes and formats.
  • Manage design files, maintain library of assets, and ensure brand consistency across all packaging.
  • Stay updated with latest packaging trends, market insights, and printing technologies.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure quality output and timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in packaging design (FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics, or industrial packaging preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of print production, color theory, die-line creation, and packaging materials.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs120,000.00 per month
