Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, data centres, and cloud services.

This role involves ensuring reliable system performance, implementing security measures, and providing escalation support to maintain business continuity.

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and network devices.

  • Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems are in place.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology integrations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.
  • Provide escalation support to IT support teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements for efficiency, scalability, and security.

Qualification: BS Computer Science

Experience: 3-6 years in IT infrastructure
